Login to SPEAR

You will be emailed a username and link when your SPEAR account is created. This link will prompt you to create a password for your SPEAR account. Once you have created a password, you may then use these details to login to SPEAR.

Steps

  1. Check your email inbox for an email containing new user information.
  2. Click or copy and paste the link in the email into your browser.
  3. Enter a password of your choice into the 'new password' fields.

Note: Passwords must meet the SPEAR password rules. For more information see Password Rules.

For subsequent logins, enter your username and chosen password into the appropriate fields and click the 'login' button.



Unable to login?

If you enter an incorrect password consecutively three times, your password will be reset and a link to create a new password will be emailed to you automatically.

Alternatively, if you have forgotten your password you can click on the Forgotten your password? hyperlink and complete the steps at Help Page - Forgotten your password? to set a new password.

Testing your digital certificate

If you have the ability to digitally sign documents and have not previously tested your digital certificate successfully, you will be required to test your digital certificate when you login for the first time.

Follow the test digital signing instructions on the screen. Once you have completed this test you will not have to perform it again unless you change your digital certificate.

NOTE: If you have not yet received your digital certificate please select the 'Cancel' button and a list will be displayed of current applications for your organisation.
